Ben Coulter
Ben Coulter joined the Pride of AHS staff as Percussion Instructor in the spring of 2010. He is a native of Amelia, Ohio and still remains there today. Ben's teaching career started in October of 2000 when asked to join the Amelia Indoor Drumline's staff as the visual and drill designer as well as the snare technician position. In 2003 the Amelia Indoor Drumline was renamed Apex Winter Percussion and competed in the Independent A Class within the local Tri-State Circuit. Ben continued teaching and designing Apex's visual program and drill book through April of 2008. Within those years, Ben also designed and taught with the West Claremont Fusion Marching Band in 2004 and 2005.
As for his spare time, Ben is a proud father of three boys, Ronald, Malachai, and Alec and loves spending the bulk of his spare time with them. Ben also has a variety of interests and hobbies, everything from playing guitar in local bands, riding ATV's and Motorcycles, to playing bass ball in the back yard with his family and kids.
